• Do not rely solely on this App for medical decisions

• The App does not replace regular medical check-ups and laboratory tests

3. Description of Service

Nefra Medical provides the following services:

• AI-powered food photo analysis and nutritional tracking
• CKD-specific dietary monitoring (protein, sodium, potassium, phosphorus)
• Medication management and reminders
• Medical data tracking (creatinine, GFR, blood pressure)
• Educational resources about CKD management

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Verify AI-generated nutritional data with healthcare professionals
• Not share medical advice from the App with others
• Report any technical issues or inaccuracies promptly

6. AI Technology & Limitations

Our AI food analysis feature has the following limitations:

• Cannot detect hidden ingredients (e.g., salt, sugar in processed foods)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nefra Medical and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App
• Reliance on AI-generated nutritional information
• Medical decisions made based on App data
• Technical errors, bugs, or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy settings.
